To enhance the visitor experience, the government has introduced Kumbh Sah’AI’yak, an AI-powered chatbot. Launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, this initiative integrates modern technology with cultural traditions as part of the “Digital Mahakumbh” vision.
Key Features of Kumbh Sah’AI’yak
Developed by the Prayagraj Mela Authority and UPDESCO.
Supports 11 languages: Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Bengali, and Urdu. Accessible via the Maha Kumbh 2025 app and WhatsApp, it provides:
•Real-Time Navigation: Directions to ghats, temples, parking zones, and public transport hubs.
•Event Insights: Information on the Kumbh’s history, rituals, and cultural significance.
•Travel and Accommodation Guidance: Details on tour packages, lodging, and homestays.
•User-Friendly Interactions: Both voice and text options, ensuring accessibility for all.
